WHO WE ARE
RNValor Assisted Living was founded by Lester Belo – a compassionate Registered Nurse and honored Army Reserve member – with a mission to make a profound difference in the lives of the elderly. Together with a dedicated team of care professionals, we strive to create an environment where every senior is treated with dignity, respect, and valor. We believe in blending clinical excellence with genuine compassion, ensuring our residents feel safe, cherished, and empowered in their daily lives.
Our vision is to elevate the standard of senior care through strong partnerships and innovation. We are building a harmonious living environment for our elderly community, ensuring each individual enjoys a life filled with comfort, fulfillment, and purpose. We listen to the needs of our residents and their families, adapting our services to support personal preferences and abilities.
By collaborating with our community and loved ones, we customize care plans and activities that help each resident lead the life they want.
(Licensure Update: RNValor Assisted Living is in the final stages of obtaining its Residential Care Facility for the Elderly license. We anticipate full licensure soon and are diligently preparing our home to meet and exceed all care and safety standards from day one.)
